Can anyone recommend a good reliable engine rebuild shop in Perth for a 302 Windsor?

Hello,
In Perth I go to Frank's Classic Garage, very experienced mechanic.

I was looking into rebuilding mine, but nowadays it is not always cheaper than buying a new engine and putting that in. All depends how deep you want to go into the rebuild.
Unless you want to keep it original, I would start looking into new or reconditioned 302; not long ago I saw a couple at around $8,000.
A full rebuilt of an existing engine seems to be between $5,000 and $10,000.

Cheers, engine needs complete rebuilding. Will look at both options.

If engine needs full rebuild and you are not fussy about originality, probably a new or reconditioned crate engine is a cheaper option.
With a crate engine you need to check if it has the same bolt pattern of the transmission, otherwise it won't fit.
